Mh145 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the mh145 platform. Continued use of the platform indicates your agreement to comply with all provisions set out below.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the mh145 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mh145 as the platform operator.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. mh145 reserves the right to modify, add to, or revise these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest version in effect.
This platform is strictly for individuals who are 18 years of age and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. mh145 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account found to be non-compliant.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one account only on the mh145 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any accumulated balances and rewards. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. mh145 will not be liable for any loss resulting from a user's failure to protect their account information. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the mh145 support team immediately.
Users are required to provide their full legal name during registration, as this information will be used for identity verification when processing withdrawals. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered under the same name as the mh145 account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Mh145 users agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate games or transactions.
- Colluding with other users to exploit system vulnerabilities or platform bonuses.
- Registering an account using another person's identity or false information.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or breach the platform's security systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that contravenes the relevant terms.
Mh145 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending transactions, freezing accounts, or reporting to the relevant authorities, without prior notice to the user in question.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the mh145 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in their own name. mh145 does not accept payments made through third-party accounts.
Deposits that have been successfully credited to an account are final and cannot be reversed. Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the platform's current procedures, including any identity verification steps that may be required. mh145 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until the verification process has been fully completed.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits, as well as withdrawal limits, are subject to change in accordance with platform policy. The latest information on these limits is available in the user account section after logging in. All bonuses and rewards are subject to applicable wagering and withdrawal requirements, which can be reviewed separately under the relevant bonus terms.
Mh145 is not liable for any delays in transaction processing caused by third-party payment processors, technical issues on the user's bank's end, or circumstances beyond the platform's control.
Liability Limits & Account Closure Policy
Mh145 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or game outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, mh145 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of this platform.
Mh145 reserves the right to suspend or close the account users under the following circumstances, with no obligation to provide compensation:
- The user has breached any provision of these terms and conditions.
- The user has engaged in fraudulent activity, manipulation, or misconduct that undermines the integrity of the platform.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the platform's current policy.
- The user provided false information during registration or the verification process.
- A directive has been received from the relevant authorities or regulatory body.
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the remaining balance may be forfeited at mh145's discretion. Users whose accounts are closed for legitimate reasons are entitled to submit an appeal within 14 working days from the date of the closure notice.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and other materials on the mh145 platform are the exclusive property of mh145 or third parties who have granted usage licences. Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any such materials without prior written consent from mh145.
This platform may contain links or references to third-party services. mh145 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users who access external links do so entirely at their own risk.
Mh145 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform's communication channels. Continued use of the platform after the terms have been updated constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
